Welcome to my online home, where I invite you to come on a journey with me. We can practice yoga together, you can learn about healthy vegan nutrition or how to support your healing journey with aromatherapy and sound healing and I am happy to share everything I have learned from my teachers and mentors throughout the years freely with you. You will also find more information about Emaho Yoga, that I founded together with my husband Ben Beirs in 2018. During our yoga retreats, we have the chance to offer a variety of yoga styles, share our passion about healthy vegan food and lifestyle and our very own personal healing stories with the group. Coming from different cultures but similar backgrounds, Ben and I both had the possibility to study with highly trained and accomplished teachers and mentors and feel very fortunate to being surrounded by many spiritual friends and family that support our journey and projects. Offering these retreats means expanding our Emaho Yoga family and hopefully helping one by one to live a more fulfilled and content life. One common passion Ben and I share is music, so youβll find all projects and offerings infused with healing sounds and music that uplifts your spirit and warms your heart. We truly believe that the frequencies surrounding ourselves matter and that we can have a positive impact on the world, sharing heartfelt music with each other.
I am also happy to share my favourite products, yoga props, gadgets and tools with you, that helped me to stay steady, focused and healthy. If you are interested in how to support your body and mind with the right supplements, I can definitely help with that, since over the years I tried a lot myself and after kissing lots of frogs, found the right products and brands that I trust and share the same ethical values.

Self care can be often misunderstood, but is the base of a healthy relationship with others. If we learn how to take care of our own feelings and emotions, we can live more harmoniously with others. If we understand ourselves better, we can understand others more easily. You see, it all starts and ends with you! :)
